Marianne Lierow concentrates her practice in commercial, corporate, employment and real estate law with emphasis on the formation of new business entities and the  international relocation of families and businesses to the Republic of Costa Rica. Fluent in Spanish, English and German, she has for the past twenty years provided professional services to large international corporations, individual entrepreneurs, and retirees from North America and Europe. Mrs. Lierow is a member of the Bar Association of Costa Rica, the National Notary Directorate of Costa Rica, and a graduate of Universidad Internacional de las Américas, accredited by the World Association of Universities and Colleges.

Juan Carlos Retana

Juan Carlos Retana is an English-Spanish bilingual trial attorney with over twenty years' experience litigating commercial, banking, administrative, agrarian, employment and constitutional law matters. In addition to serving as lead counsel in hundreds of trials, he also has an extensive arbitration practice and provides legal advice to professional soccer players in Costa Rica and Europe. Mr. Retana is a member of the Bar Association of Costa Rica, the National Notary Directorate of Costa Rica, and a graduate Suma Cum Laude Probatus of the University of San José.
